We charge a flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders under $100 and provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100, no coupon required. Most orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, however sometimes we ship via UPS.

We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but we have a very limited staff, so many orders are processed during normal business hours. Our store is open Wednesday-Saturday, so orders placed after business hours on Saturday might not get processed until the following Wednesday. Please understand that we will do everything possible to accommodate special requests, but may not be able to accommodate expedited processing.

30 Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges
If you're considering a return or exchange, that means that you've purchased Greek Paraphernalia from us, so we owe you a huge THANK YOU! Nothing makes us happier than welcoming you into Betty's family. We know you're eager to get into your new Greek Paraphernalia that you just purchased from Betty's Promos Plus and we want you to be happy with your Greekwear. We understand that things happen, so we want to make it easy for you to return and exchange products.
You may return your Greek Paraphernalia within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition and with tags attached. Please try on clothing items without makeup or perfume on to avoid damaging or smudging the item. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for wear and tear; used/worn items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges and a restocking fee may be imposed.
Wrong Size or Wrong Item Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item or wrong size, we will provide you instructions with how to return the item to us at your own expense. We find USPS to be the least expensive, most convenient way to ship items.
Wrong Size or Wrong Item Delivered
If you have received an item in error or if the item is defective (woven badly, torn, sewn improperly, not what you ordered, etc.), then we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item back to us.

I haven't received my Greek Paraphernalia, what do I do?
- Be patient -- please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your Greek Paraphernalia order
- Check your tracking number -- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order has been processed through our shipping department.
Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours of sending the shipping confirmation email. If you received your shipping notice more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can check the status of your order with the carrier.
My tracking information says my package was delivered, but I never received it
If you purchased Route+ Package Protection:
To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout.When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/.
If you didn't purchase Route+ Package Protection:
Betty's Promos Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please use the links below to file a claim with the respective carriers:

I put in the wrong address when I placed my order, can you re-route my package?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly prior to placing your order.
If you contact us before we have shipped your Greekwear order, we can update the shipping address prior to shipping your order.
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.
If the carrier returns your order back to Betty's Promos Plus due to insufficient address, then you will be responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
