Betty Watkins
The "Betty" in Betty's Promos Plus
Betty Watkins is the founder of Betty's Promos Plus and heart of the business. She has spent over 30 years in the Greek Paraphernalia industry and has seen success as an entrepreneur. Betty is a member of the Delta Omicron Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and has served her sorority for over 30 years. She started this business to provide a better family for her 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Sonya Watkins
Owner and Designer of Betty's Promos Plus Greek Paraphernalia
Sonya Watkins is the owner of Betty's Promos Plus and our in-house designer. She has been designing T-Shirts, mouse pads, purses and bags for the business for over 30 years. As a career-long educator, Sonya has made a habit of designing paraphernalia targeted at teachers and other professions. Sonya is a member of the Delta Omicron Omega chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and has served her sorority for over 35 years. She started the business with her mother, Betty, to help provide for her son.
Jaret Watkins
E-Commerce Ninja and Head of Digital Product
JaRet Watkins is the son of Sonya Watkins and the grandson of Betty Watkins. A recent graduate of Kellogg School of Management, JaRet is in charge of Digital Transformation at Betty's Promos Plus, including all digital marketing and website-related projects. He has grown up working in the business and continues to pursue digital growth projects for Betty's Promos Plus. JaRet crossed at the Iota Xi Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity, Inc. at Duke University.
