Order Processing and Handling
We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but we have a very limited staff, so many orders are processed during normal business hours. Our store is open Wednesday-Saturday, so orders placed after business hours on Saturday might not get processed until the following Wednesday. Please understand that we will do everything possible to accommodate special requests, but may not be able to accommodate expedited processing.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so that you can track your shipment of Greek Paraphernalia.
We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages
Betty's Promos Plus is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
Time Sensitive and Bulk Orders
IF YOUR ORDER IS TIME SENSITIVE, please contact us PRIOR to placing your order, so that we can provide you with a more accurate estimate of when we will be able to process your order.
Expedited orders may be subject to additional fees.
If you'd like to place a bulk order with us, please contact us via email or by calling us. We offer discounts on bulk purchases, but shipping charges vary based on the total weight of the shipment.
Shipping & Handling FAQ
- Be patient -- please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your Greek Paraphernalia order
- Check your tracking number -- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order has been processed through our shipping department.
Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours of sending the shipping confirmation email. If you received your shipping notice more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can check the status of your order with the carrier.

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout.
When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/.
If you didn't purchase Route+ Package Protection:
Betty's Promos Plus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information says that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please use the links below to file a claim with the respective carriers:

- Show proof of the value of the package, if necessary
- If your package was stolen and there's evidence, take photos and submit this evidence when filing your claim

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly prior to placing your order.
If you contact us before we have shipped your Greekwear order, we can update the shipping address prior to shipping your order.
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.
If the carrier returns your order back to Betty's Promos Plus due to insufficient address, then you will be responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping.
