Shipping Rates

At Betty's Promos Plus, your trusted source for Greek paraphernalia and custom promotional products, we keep costs affordable as a family-owned business. We offer a flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders under $100 and FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $100—no coupon needed.

Most orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, though we occasionally use UPS to ensure the best service for your delivery.

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • PO Boxes
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

Important note for military addresses: Deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses can take 3-4 weeks to arrive due to extended military mail processing times. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Order Processing and Handling

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible with our small team. Our store operates Wednesday through Saturday, so orders placed after business hours on Saturday will be processed starting the following Wednesday.

While we make every effort to accommodate special requests, our limited staff means we cannot always guarantee expedited processing outside of our Rush Processing service. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Business Hours & Holidays

We fulfill orders Tuesday through Saturday. Our store is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We are also closed on most federal holidays, including:

  • New Year's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

We typically close between Christmas and New Year's to give our staff time with their families.

Please note: Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or closure periods.

Peak Season Notice

We experience higher order volumes during March, April, October, and November as customers shop for crossing gifts and other Greek events. Processing times may be extended during these busy periods.

Rush Processing

Rush processing ($19.99) gives your order priority handling with expedited processing and shipping:

What's Included:

  • Priority Processing: Typically within 24 hours, guaranteed within 3 business days of order placement
  • Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (whichever is fastest to your location)

Rush Processing Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped at 3 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.

  • Rush orders placed before 12 pm on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Rush orders placed after 12 pm Wednesday-Friday are typically processed the next business day
  • Rush orders placed after 12 pm Saturday are typically processed the following Wednesday

When placing your rush order, please use the order notes to specify your requested arrival date. Be sure to consider the estimated shipping time for your location using the maps below.

Important Rush Processing Terms:

Our rush processing fee is non-refundable and covers priority handling to fast-track your order ahead of our regular workflow. While we're committed to processing your order within 72 hours, please note:

  • Rush processing does not guarantee arrival by a specific date
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays (holidays, lost packages, weather, etc.)
  • If processed within our 72-hour window, the rush fee is non-refundable even if the shipping carrier experiences delays
  • If we cannot process your order within 72 hours, we will contact you

All rush orders ship from our Orlando, Florida location. We're dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have specific requirements or questions, please let us know in your order notes.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which is sent to your email once your order is processed. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation email.

Managing Your Order

Modifying or Canceling Your Order

You can modify or cancel your order within 2-3 days of placing it by accessing your order in your account. If the "Change Order" button is not available, it means we have already started processing your order and changes can no longer be made.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, we will combine and ship them together in one package. We do not offer split shipping. Your entire order will ship once all items are ready for fulfillment.

Special Order Types

Personalized & Custom Items

Orders containing personalized items (such as custom Greek lettering, names, or special requests) require additional processing time and do not qualify for Rush Processing.

Personalized items typically take 4-6 weeks to process before shipping. Due to the custom nature of these items, personalized orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned once production has begun.

While we work hard to process and ship your order promptly, please understand that once your package is handed to USPS or UPS, we have no control over delivery speed or delays. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to:

  • Severe weather (including hurricanes, which are common in Florida)

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has left our Orlando facility. Please check your tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery status.

Shipping and Handling FAQ

I haven't received my package. What should I do?

If your order hasn't shipped yet: Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If your order has shipped: Check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of the email being sent.

If you received your shipping notice more than 2 business days ago and tracking still shows no information, please contact us at support@bettyspromosplus.com so we can check the status with the carrier.

I paid for rush processing but my order didn't arrive in time. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the rush processing fee if your order was shipped within our 72-hour processing window. The fee supports our team's effort to fast-track your order ahead of our regular workflow. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

However: If your order was not shipped within 72 hours of order placement and we did not contact you about the delay, you are entitled to a $10 refund of the rush processing fee.

My tracking shows my package was delivered, but I never received it. What now?

Betty's Promos Plus offers insurance for all orders during checkout. If your package was lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

When contacting us, please:

  1. Have your tracking number ready
  2. Provide proof that the package was marked as delivered
  3. If applicable, submit photos or evidence of theft when filing your claim

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order has defects or was damaged during shipping or manufacturing, please contact us at support@bettyspromosplus.com. We will be happy to work with you to resolve the issue.

I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you re-route my package?

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. You can update your shipping address by accessing your order in your account prior to fulfillment. Click here to update your address.

After your order has shipped: We cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier directly to request re-routing.

If the carrier returns your order due to an incorrect address:

  • You will be responsible for a $5 reshipment fee, even if your original order qualified for free shipping
  • If you prefer a refund on a returned free shipping order, a $9.99 restocking fee will apply

I selected Standard or Free Shipping but want to upgrade to Rush Processing. How do I pay for it?

Click here to access your order in your account. Then click the "Change Shipping Method" button at the top of the page.

Select "Rush Processing" in the pop-up modal.
