We charge a flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders under $100 and provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100, no coupon required. Most orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, however sometimes we ship via UPS.

Please note that we experience higher order volume in March, April, October, and November due to customers buying crossing gifts. Order processing times may be longer during these peak seasons. We encourage you to choose Rush Processing during peak seasons if you need your order in a hurry. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to fulfill every order as quickly as possible.
Order Processing and Handling
We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but we have a very limited staff, so many orders are processed during normal business hours. Our store is open Wednesday-Saturday, so orders placed after business hours on Saturday might not get processed until the following Wednesday. Please understand that we will do everything possible to accommodate special requests, but may not be able to accommodate expedited processing.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so that you can track your shipment of Greek Paraphernalia.
Time Sensitive and Rush Orders
A rush order with Betty’s Promos Plus means your purchase receives priority processing, typically within 24 hours and guaranteed within 3 business days of order placement. It also guarantees that your order will ship via a priority mail service, typically USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever is fastest.
For priority shipping, it’s important to note that all of our orders are shipped from our store location in sunny Orlando, Florida. Priority shipping times vary based on your location. Please use the maps below as a guide for how quickly your order can potentially arrive:

Rush Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped at 3 pm from Wednesday to Saturday. Rush orders placed after 12 pm on these days are typically processed and shipped the following day. Rush orders placed after 12 pm on Saturday are typically shipped the following week.
When placing your order for rush shipping, please use the notes section to specify the date you'd like your order to arrive (see below). Please consider the estimated shipping time for your location.
Please note: the schedule above is not exact and is subject to change. We will do everything in our power to process and ship your order within 72 hours. If we cannot process your order within 72 hours, we will contact you.

While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives by the expected date, please note that rush shipping does not guarantee arrival on the requested date.
Our non-refundable rush processing fee helps us temporarily pause our regular workflow to fast-track your order to the front of the line—thank you for letting us give it top priority! Please note that if we process your order within our 72-hour rush window, the fee remains non-refundable if the shipping service causes any delays (for example, due to holidays, lost packages, or misdeliveries). We are not responsible for these shipping service delays.

Shipping & Handling FAQ
Q: I haven't received my package, what do I do?
A: If your order hasn't shipped, be patient -- please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order.
If your order has shipped, check your tracking number -- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order has been processed through our shipping department. Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours of sending the shipping confirmation email. If you received your shipping notice more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at support@bettyspromosplus.com so that we can check the status of your order with the carrier.
Q: I paid for rush processing but my order didn't arrive in time. Can I have a refund?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot refund the rush processing fee if your order was shipped during the 72-hour window. The fee supports our team and helps us temporarily pause our regular workflow to fast-track your order to the front of the line. We are not responsible for shipping service delays.
If your order was not shipped within 72 hours of order placement and we did not contact you about this delay, you are entitled to a $10 refund of the Rush Processing upcharge.
Q: My tracking information says my package was delivered, but I never received it
A: Betty's Promos Plus offers insurance for all orders during checkout. If your package was lost or stolen, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Show proof that the package was marked as delivered
3. If your package was stolen and there's evidence, take photos and submit this evidence when filing your claim
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at support@bettyspromosplus.com and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
Q: I put in the wrong address when I placed my order, can you re-route my package?
A: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly before placing the order.
You can update your shipping address by accessing the order in your account and updating the shipping address prior to fulfillment. Click here to update your address.
Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.
If the carrier returns your order to Betty's Promos Plus due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for paying an additional $5 fee for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping. If your order, which qualified for free shipping, is returned to Betty's Promos Plus and you would like a refund, we will charge a $9.99 restocking fee.

Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.
