The best way to redeem your rewards certificates and gift cards is to redeem them during the final checkout step, as you are inputting your information. This will ensure that you will not receive any error codes and that your gift card/reward certificate is applied without issue. You should copy the code provided in your email then paste it into the "Gift card or discount code" field during the final steps of the checkout process.
Step 1: Receive Your Rewards Certificate
When you receive a rewards certificate to use at Betty's, you will receive an email with all of the relevant information:

3. The latest reward expiration
