We charge a flat rate shipping of $9.99 for orders under $100 and provide FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100, no coupon required. Most orders are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, however sometimes we ship via UPS.

Shipping Rates

Order Processing/Handling

We process and ship orders as soon as possible, but we have a very limited staff, so many orders are processed during normal business hours. Our store is open Wednesday-Saturday, so orders placed after business hours on Saturday might not get processed until the following Wednesday. Please understand that we will do everything possible to accommodate special requests, but may not be able to accommodate expedited processing.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information so that you can track your shipment of Greek Paraphernalia.

Time Sensitive Orders

A rush order with Betty’s Promos Plus means your purchase receives priority processing, typically within 24 hours and guaranteed within 3 business days of order placement. It also guarantees that your order will ship via a priority mail service, typically USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, whichever is fastest.

For priority shipping, it’s important to note that all of our orders are shipped from our store location in sunny Orlando, Florida. Priority shipping times vary based on your location.

While we will do our best to ensure your order arrives by the expected date, please note that rush shipping does not guarantee arrival on the requested date.

Our non-refundable rush processing fee helps us temporarily pause our regular workflow to fast-track your order to the front of the line—thank you for letting us give it top priority! Please note that if we process your order within our 72-hour rush window, the fee remains non-refundable if the shipping service causes any delays (for example, due to holidays, lost packages, or misdeliveries). We are not responsible for these shipping service delays.

30 Day Hassle-Free Returns and Exchanges

If you're considering a return or exchange, that means that you've purchased Greek Paraphernalia from us, so we owe you a huge THANK YOU! Nothing makes us happier than welcoming you into Betty's family. We know you're eager to get into your new Greek Paraphernalia that you just purchased from Betty's Promos Plus and we want you to be happy with your Greekwear. We understand that things happen, so we want to make it easy for you to return and exchange products.
 
You may return your Greek Paraphernalia within 30 days of receipt if it is in original, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused condition and with tags attached. Please try on clothing items without makeup or perfume on to avoid damaging or smudging the item. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment.

Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for wear and tear; used/worn items will not be accepted for returns or exchanges and a restocking fee may be imposed.

Wrong Size or Wrong Item Ordered

Betty's Promos Plus sources products from a variety of manufacturers, meaning that sizes may differ between items. We encourage our customers to check the sizing charts for our Greek apparel prior to purchasing to ensure a proper fit. If there is no sizing chart available or if you have concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order and we can work with you to find the right size.

If you ordered the wrong item or wrong size and did not select the VIP checkout, we can provide a prepaid shipping label for a cost of $5.

Wrong Size or Wrong Item Delivered

If you have received an item in error or if the item is defective (woven badly, torn, sewn improperly, not what you ordered, etc.), then we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item back to us.

I haven't received my Greek Paraphernalia, what do I do?

• Be patient -- please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your Greek Paraphernalia order
• Check your tracking number -- All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number when you order has been processed through our shipping department. 
  
  Tracking information usually appears within 24 hours of sending the shipping confirmation email. If you received your shipping notice more than 2 business days ago and there is still no information for your tracking number, please contact us at support@bettyspromosplus.com so that we can check the status of your order with the carrier.

I put in the wrong address when I placed my order, can you re-route my package?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly prior to placing your order. 

If you contact us before we have shipped your Greekwear order, we can update the shipping address prior to shipping your order.

Unfortunately, after your order has been shipped, we cannot re-route packages. Please contact the carrier to have your package re-routed to the correct address.

If the carrier returns your order back to Betty's Promos Plus due to insufficient address, then you will be responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address, even if the order qualified for free shipping.

Buyer acknowledges, understands and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an Authorized Buyer only if he/she is buying goods bearing Sorority marks and designs for an AKA member’s personal use and not for resale. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, wear or possess such items. Buyer also agrees that purchasing Sorority goods for any other reason is prohibited and doing so under false pretense authorizes Sorority to immediately (1) remove or cause to be removed the goods from the internet and all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, eBay, Twitter, Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy (hereinafter, “Third Party”) and (2) repossess such good(s) from Buyer and any Third Party trying to sell them. Buyer agrees to waive its First Sale Doctrine right to subsequently sell any item(s), bearing a Sorority Mark.” 

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is an Authorized Buyer and is purchasing for a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (“Fraternity”) paraphernalia and other goods that bear the Fraternity’s logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks (“FraternityItems”). Buyer understands and agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own or possess such items except when purchasing such items for the benefit of an active member.

Buyer also acknowledges and agrees that the purchase of Fraternity Items for any other reason is prohibited. In addition, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that purchasing these item(s) under false pretense authorizes the Fraternity to immediately (1) immediately remove such items from the internet, and social media and other platforms such as Facebook, twitter, snapchat, eBay, amazon.com, etsy.com, Pinterest and the like (herein after collectively “Third Party”); and (2) confiscate such purchased item(s) from Buyer, and from the aforementioned Third Party and their mediums on which Buyer attempts to sell them. Buyer also knowingly waives its right under the FirstSale Doctrine to subsequently sell, and attempt to sell, any item(s) bearing a Fraternity Mark, individually and through a Third Party or by any other means.

Buyer acknowledges and agrees that although he/she may purchase paraphernalia and other goods (collectively “Good”) bearing Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (“OPPF”) logos, copyrights and trademarks, that OPPF retains all inherent rights and ownership in the Good and thus they may not be resold or offered for bid on-line or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the right to possess the Good, automatically empowers OPPF to have the item removed from sell or as an item for bid, and must be immediately surrendered to OPPF
